Paper cutters
Graphic designs on buttons are nothing more than paper prints, properly fitted and cut. Our rotary paper cutters will ensure quick and precise cutting of the paper pattern. (For all information regarding designing graphic patterns and cutting diameters, please refer to the FAQ section).
WE HAVE THREE MODELS OF PAPER CUTTERS:
PAPER CUTTERS - MODEL KB02
Sturdy aluminum construction and a rotating blade that is impossible to cut yourself on – these are the biggest advantages of this model. It’s a good solution if badges are to be made by children, although operating the device requires some manual skill. To cut the paper pattern, simply look through the window from above, center it, press the knob, and rotate the arm around the axis to make the cut. Available diameters:
- 25mm
- 32mm
- 38mm
- 50mm
- 59mm
NOTE: Actual cutting diameters are larger than the specified button badge sizes – allowance for overlaps/edge wrapping of the badge. By default, the cutter handles one selected cutting diameter with the option to adjust to other diameters using additional attachments.
PAPER CUTTERS - MODEL KB03
A newer, enhanced model of the former KB01 paper cutter. Made of durable plexiglass and stable thanks to the arm with the blade positioned at the bottom. The most cost-effective option.
Available diameters:
- 75mm
Here too, cutting diameters are larger than the specified badge sizes – allowing for badge wrapping.
PAPER PUNCH
Very solid and easy-to-use paper punches. Due to their steel construction, they are heavier than the models described earlier, but this makes them even more stable. They are hassle-free and completely safe to use; simply insert the pattern into the designated hole and pull the lever.
