The vast majority of our products have a modern type of secure pin, called a safety-pin. Only in the 25mm size do we also make badges with a needle pin. With such a small size badge, the needle pin works remarkably well, ensuring that the button badge adheres very well to the material. So, when ordering the smallest badges from our offer, you can choose whether you prefer a safety-pin or a needle pin.

The size of the badges with pin is quite important
When choosing the size of button badges, take a few moments to consider it. Believe us, the size of the badge matters. So, the smallest in our offer, the 25mm badges, will be ideal as badges with a logo or a simple graphic pattern. Text on such a badge will be very small. As for the 38mm size, we say it is the most universal size for badges. Not too big and not too small. It will look good every day and will be comfortable to wear on clothes or a backpack. The diameters of 50mm and 59mm are already quite large badges, on which we can print a photo or a much more complex graphic, and at the same time, visible inscriptions around it will fit well. For those interested in the 75mm button badge, we’ll say briefly – it’s a giant. Such a badge can be seen from afar, so it will cope well in a strong advertising campaign. These badges will work great not only as promotional badges but also in customer service departments. The newest proposal among button badges with pin are rectangular badges 68x44mm. These button badges are often referred to as identifiers because you can boldly print names or job positions on them.
Custom-made button badges, that is quickly, efficiently, and properly
In Buttonfly, we know perfectly well that time is money. We have often placed rush orders and always meet the specified deadlines. If time is pressing, opt for badges in the express option. In this option, we will make up to five hundred pieces in a day, and up to two thousand pieces in two days (provided that the order is placed by 12:00). For comparison, the standard option is up to a thousand badges in three days and up to two thousand in four days. Detailed information on order fulfillment times can be found at the top of the card for each of our products. At the bottom of the product, we have placed a template for preparing graphics. You can download it and efficiently prepare your own graphics for printing on badges according to the dimensions given in the template.
